Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LXD Sales Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Second Wind.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and account identifier when you create an account.
• Sign-in information: if you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the basic profile information the provider makes available, such as your name, email address, and provider account identifier.
• App preferences and activity: selected focus areas, language, reminder settings, AI-consent choice, saved guidance, and subscription status needed to provide the app.
• Device information: limited technical information needed for notifications, widgets, Apple Watch support, security, and troubleshooting.

Google user data

Second Wind uses Google OAuth only to let you create or access your Second Wind account. We use the name, email address, and basic profile identifier supplied by Google solely for authentication, account display, security, and support. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google content. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, deliver and synchronize app features, provide optional personalized guidance after your explicit consent, manage subscriptions, send requested service messages, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Second Wind, including Supabase for authentication, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for application infrastructure, OpenAI for optional AI guidance, Apple for app distribution and device features, Google for optional sign-in, and RevenueCat for subscription management. They process information only as needed to provide their services under their own security and privacy obligations.

AI guidance

Personalized AI guidance remains off until you explicitly opt in. When enabled, the app sends only the context needed to generate guidance. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or legal information. You can turn personalized AI off in Settings.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. You can delete your account from the app; deletion removes the associated Second Wind account data, subject to limited records we must retain by law or for fraud prevention.

Your choices

You may use offline guidance without opting into personalized AI. You can change notification and AI settings, sign out, or delete your account in the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

Children

Second Wind is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
